It's Official

...Andre began his first day as a Kindergartener! After debating the issue for some time, I finally decided to homeschool him via Visions Charter School. Today went well, despite underestimating the amount of time I'd need to spend per subject.

A Beach Bonfire

We headed down to Pacific Grove for the Labor Day weekend. Turns out this is the perfect time to have a bonfire at the beach since the summer fogs are not as prevalent. All that greeted us was a clear blue sky that turned into a clear starry night as we watched the sun set. Incidentally, we weren't the only ones with the idea as numerous bonfires dotted the beach that evening. Perfect.
