Magic Tree House

For months now, Andre has been into a series of books by Mary Pope Osborne called the Magic Tree House series. They are about the adventures of a brother and sister who travel to different places at different points of history via, you guessed it, a magic tree house. Because of them, he's learned some interesting facts about ancient Egypt, medieval times, and even William Shakespeare. He'll blurt out things like, "Did you know..." and sometimes I'm surprised by what he's learned that I actually didn't know! Anyway, I credit this series to jumpstarting a love of independent reading in my young son. So when I saw a tree house craft at Michael's, I immediately bought it and we both put it together. Here is the result...
