This was our first day in NYC and boy was it hot! In fact, it was hot the entire time we were there. Our first foray was into the nearby neighborhood of Chelsea where we happened to stumble upon a children's water park. None of us were dressed for it, but we decided that after obligingly spending many restrictive hours on a plane, Andre deserved to run around in the water on such a stifling day!
and loving every minute of it!

We hit up quite a few playgrounds in the city. This is one at Central Park on the Upper West Side. Have you watched The Nanny Diaries? If so, you'll understand our dismay at discovering that many of the children at these parks and playgrounds were not there with either of their parents or any member of their family for that matter!

Welcome home! It's so great to see that the first item on your agenda was for Andre's playtime. How blessed is your little man to have you and Billy as his parents. Love it! Are those really Andre's legs? He looks big!?
Yes, those are his legs and if you hadn't noticed, he's also sporting the pair of Adidas you and Pat bought for him!
These pictures are great. You really ought to blow up the photo of Central Park's promenade (mall) and frame it. Gorgeous shot. And the museums...wow, I'd literally be drooling. Looks like you all had too much fun.
